NIGERIAN ARTISANS INTRO (PART 1)
This website is mainly devoted to help to clear the menance created by
1. HOUSEMAIDS
2. DRIVERS
3. ELECTRICIANS
4. MECHANICS
5. ALL OTHER WORKERS THAT WE NEED FROM DAY TO DAY FOR OUR DOMESTIC JOBS.
It is increasingly difficult especially for the young housewives to work while raising family and the difficult environment now prevailing in Nigeria makes it difficult for the man alone to work to keep the family body and soul together without the support of the wife.
This is why I feel it is necessary to try to help out through this website to minimize the headaches these domestic workers bring to bear on us thereby making life difficult for all of us.
All we need you to do is as follows:
1.Once you get a maid make sure you take her passport photograph
2 Take him or her to check for blood test for any disease
3 Ask for her Nationality stat, local govt area etc
You should also know the details of the agent as some of them connive with the prospective maid/houseboy or driver to tell lies about their previous employer.
If possible obtain the passport photo of the agent as this will help in subsequent follow up if the need arises. Some of these agent always claim that they are Government registered, if possible as for a photocopy of their certificate as this will also help when necessary.
Insist on knowing their office if possible. We are trying to do all these to enable us track down the undesireable ones who walk away from their employers at will without paying for their actrocities
4 Ensure that whatever name they give may be false but if you have the photograph the job will be simple for to do.
5 Ensure you check all the belongings brought by them.
6 Check and make sure her phone is registered with the relevant network.
Try as much as possible to extract as much information as possible from the agent.
7 Once we get these details we will be able to track down the fake agents/maid etc.
You may think that this process is long but at the end of the day we might be able to get rid of this menace.
NIGERIAN ARTISANS INTRO (PART 2)
This is the second part of our website on artisans. When you have completed all the documentation of the prospective employee then just upload this information to this blog. This way, if the employee steals or run away we can then have the information to trace him/her and this will help the society from falling into traps of the treacherous individuals being called artisans.
NIGERIAN ARTISANS INTRO (PART 3)
When you upload all the information to our site, it will be on record, and then you can register as one of our client/subscribers and we will always update you about anyone who will pose as John when he was Joseph at his last place of work. This may seem impossible but just give it a trial and you will be amazed at the outcome.
We have for a long time been manipulated by less educated people than us. Does it not surprise you why a housemaid who left you is now comfortably working with your neighbour down the road without the neighbour knowing she was in your house at times up to a year?
